Charlotte Grimberg


Charlotte is a Bachelor student of Animal Management at the Hogeschool Van Hall Larenstein, Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.
She participated for a 5 month internship on research of dog behaviour in 2010/2011.

Her main Job was to create a lot of transcripts for Paw Preference research. She organized a research weekend in Cologne where 50 dogs were studied in the experiments.
In this study the order of the experiments were changed such as follows A, B, D, C and E. It was checked if the sequence of the experiments has an impact on the performance of the dogs.
Furtheremore she participated in 2 workshops of the behaviour therapy institute 'De Roedel' and learned a lot about animal behaviour. After the work on the transcripts Charlotte was engaged to write a report about learning processess in mammals and especially in horses. And, she did a literature review on the topic 'Paw Preference'.
